Therapy for Religious Trauma & Adverse Religious Experiences.

Realizing that you no longer feel at home in your current faith community can feel lonely and isolating. Further, the process of deconversion and deconstructing your beliefs can bring up overwhelming emotions and impact close relationships.

Sometimes, non-judgemental support as you work through religious trauma, spiritual abuse, and other adverse religious experiences can be beneficial. Whether you choose to re-frame or reject your faith, I can support you, bringing both my professional and personal experience to the therapeutic process.
